We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic Sydney office. You will be working in a collaborative group, in their busy, predominantly medical negligence and general insurance litigation practice.  Our team are committed to excellence for our clients as well as managing your own lifestyle and wellbeing; we have high expectations of our work but also an understanding of when to let your hair down and switch off.

With a successful practice already established and still growing, you must be hungry to assist our team in cultivating quality client relationships. We prioritise team success, and an attitude that we should all lift up those we work with – your success in this role will be reliant on your ability to engage with your colleagues and help grow our team’s practice.

What does a standard week look like?

  • Answering calls, preparing boardroom and welcoming clients
  • Deliveries and collections within the CBD
  • Filing (physical and electronic) 
  • Collecting, processing and distributing mail 
  • Electronic filing of court documents
  • Scanning, printing and archiving 
  • Tidying and stocking the office, kitchen and stationery areas
  • Assisting the Legal Secretary team with tasks
  • Coordinating office functions
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as your skills grow
  • Assisting with Covid Safe practices and compliance

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in an office support role. You’ll have strong MS Office proficiency, impeccable organisation and self-management skills with a strong ability to prioritise your day and tasks. We also value a sense of humour and the ability to make the office an enjoyable and friendly place to work.
