The firm:
This leading international top tier law firm has a full service employment, industrial relations and safety practice and due to consistent growth in the area, is now seeking to recruit two lawyers to join their team.

About the role: 
Working within the national Employment and Safety practice, and alongside Chambers-ranked, experienced and highly regarded partners, your day to day responsibilities will include: 

• a focus on workplace health & safety advice and litigation;
• the provision of training to large, sophisticated corporate and government clients;
• advising clients on EBAs, discrimination and other general protections;
• working with corporate and restructuring teams to work out employment aspects of corporate transactions; and
• exposure to national work as this is a genuinely national team working across Australia. 

Skills/Experience: 
To be considered for this role you will:

• have at least 2-9 years post admission experience in employment law (ideally, but not necessarily, with specific safety experience);
• have worked in a well-regarded employment practice;
• have excellent attention to detail and dedication to your work; and
• enjoy mentoring and developing juniors as well as working in with senior lawyers as part of a team.
