Land Access Coordinator

Work Location: Perth

Roster: Monday to Friday

Reporting to the Principal Natural Resource Acquisition for the Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia Hub, this role will support the FFI project and approvals subject matter teams and coordinate information flow related to access to natural resources, including land and water. 

Key accountabilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining land access registers accurately and diligently
• Compliance with law and codes of practice
• Arranging access to land data information
• Preparation of land access applications
• Coordination of project data acquisition
• Accurate and timely reporting of tenure status
• Providing detailed updates to project managers
• Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
• Assisting with all overall general tenure management queries to ensure effective administration within the Project Readiness team
• Developing activity status reports for management

Qualifications and skills required:

• • Experience working with land tenure legislation (Desirable)
  • Experience using databases and systems to manage application records and stakeholder communications (Essential)
  • Experience in para-legal or commercial support roles
