This is an exciting role where you get to use your repertoire of skills and experience. You will be working for a highly regarded national organisation with operations and or projects in all mainland states in Australia. It is envisaged you will have experience in mining, construction, heavy industry, energy or similar. This is a unique opportunity to put your stamp on the organisation and influence the culture by which it operates

This role will ensure the business operates consistently, thus ensuring alignment and standardisation of processes and operational standards across all states and projects in Australia.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate extensive experience as a HSE Manager preferably at a corporate level or for a national organisation. This coupled with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders to ensure a national consistent approach to HSE is imbedded in the organisation. You will bring a clear vision of how the organisation should operate from a HSE perspective and a pragmatic approach to Managing Health Safety and Environment, balancing both compliance and operational efficiency. Ultimately delivering the overarching requirement of a safe working environment and ensuring wellbeing of staff and the environment.
